Minimalist. Simple, well-maintained bikes. Home-made wheels and bike box.
Maximize fresh, local vegetables. Good meat. Eggs, fish and fruit. Some potatoes, white rice and pasta. Drink water. Eliminate processed foods. Minimize caffeine, sugar and crisps. Some good bread, beer and wine.
Daily combined workouts. 20–60 minutes. More at weekends. Repeatable week. Some club sessions and training partners. 3 * SBR per week. Lots of lifting. Stay injury free. 2 day triathlon tour.
